The two performers are fiddler/stepdancers Louise Arsenault & Hélène Bergeron of a band from PEI called Gadelle. You may also know them from the internationally touring Acadian band Barachois from about ten years ago. 

Hélène brings vocals, piano, pump organ, fiddle, foot percussion and step dancing to the performance while Louise plays fiddle, harmonica, foot percussion and is also quite the step-dancer).
